Do you offer breakfast at the Hotel Flora and Fauna?

Yes, we do offer complimentary breakfast. Your breakfast vouchers will be in your room upon arrival. Please note that we have temporarily suspended breakfast on Mondays and Tuesdays due to staffing shortages at the bakery.

Is the Hotel Flora and Fauna pet-friendly?

Yes. We have pet-friendly rooms. Each pet receives a welcome package including complimentary toy, treats, crash pillow, food and water bowl, and a welcome note from our cat! There is a pet fee of $50 per stay per pet.

Do you host business gatherings and team building events?

Yes. We can help you plan your business gathering and team building events. Please give us a call to discuss details.

I already booked my reservation; can I still add an in-room experience?

Yes. You can add any in-room experience package to your reservation by calling us up to 24 hours before your stay.

How do I book Spa Services for my stay?

You can book our Spa Services from our booking engine at the time you complete your online reservation. Just select the service you are interested in and it will be added to the cart. Our Spa Coordinator will call you to verify the service, date, and time. If you would rather make your reservation by phone, just tell us what Spa services you are interested in and we will take care of the details for you. Please note, we do require at least 48 hours before your stay to schedule any Spa Services.

I understand you have access to the Cypress Falls private swimming hole, how can I get to go swim there?

For the ultimate in swimming, kayaking, and catch and release fishing, you can purchase discounted passes to Cypress Falls directly from us. Just select the Swim Cypress Falls experience when booking your reservation and it will be added to the cart. The passes will be available in your room when you check in.

Is there a way for me to check-in early and check-out late?

Our regular check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM but with this extra experience package added to your cart at checkout, you receive a guaranteed check-in time of 1:00 PM and a late check out of 1:00 PM. Just add the “In Early – Out Late” experience to your reservation and enjoy your extra time with us.

What is the best way to sample wines from the Texas Hill Country?

Try our exclusive Wine Tasting experience. Your experience begins when you make your way to our preferred wine and beer tasting partner where you will experience an exclusive wine and food tasting experience that is uniquely Texas Hill Country. Can we bring children to the Hotel Flora and Fauna?

Hotel Flora and Fauna welcomes children ages 12 and up.

How do I make a reservation?

Most of our Wimberley hotel guests book their reservations online. For maximum convenience, you can make a reservation using our real-time booking system. You can select your travel dates, view availability, make your reservation, pay for your stay, and receive an email confirmation statement of your payment with your travel details.

Can I make a reservation by email or phone?

Yes, you can make a request for a reservation using our Reservation Request online form and we will contact you to complete your reservation. You can also contact our reservations office by phone at 512-842-9110.

What items should I bring for my convenience?

The Hotel Flora and Fauna provides a full range of hotel amenities. For a complete list of our hotel features, make sure to visit our amenities page.

Do you have high-speed Internet access?

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and in the courtyard. Check in on Facebook by the pool, read your email in the green, or surf the web in the comfort of your room.

Can you help host my Wimberley special event?

We would be happy to help you host special events including weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries, family reunions, and business meetings. Hotel Flora and Fauna is also an ideal Hill Country lodging choice for company retreats. Just give us a call to discuss the possibilities at 512-842-9110.

Is there a common meeting facility?

While there is no common meeting room space at the Hotel Flora and Fauna, we would be happy to recommend nearby Wimberley event and meeting spaces.

Do you have a swimming pool?

Yes. The Hotel Flora and Fauna is one of the select few hotels in Wimberley with a swimming pool. Pool and spa hours are from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

What are the check in and check out times?

Check-in is at 3:00 PM or any time thereafter, and check out is at 11:00 AM or any time before.

Is smoking allowed?

Hotel Flora and Fauna is strictly a Non-Smoking facility. Smoking is not allowed in rooms, within the courtyard, or poolside. A designated smoking area is provided in the parking lot.

Is there cable TV?

Yes. Each of our Wimberley hotel rooms offers HD cable TV, High Definition (HD) Channels, streaming services. Our rooms offer 40” flat screen LCD HD TVs.

Is my card charged at the time of booking?

Yes. We charge in full at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation.

What happens if I need to cancel my reservation?

At Hotel Flora and Fauna we encourage you to book your hotel stay once you are certain of your travel dates. If for some unforeseen reason you need to change your reservation, we ask that you let us know at least 3 days before the commencement of your stay. As long as you keep the credit with us, we do not charge a cancellation fee. If you do request a credit to your credit card because you decide to cancel and not stay with us at a future date, your cancellation will carry a $100 fee per room reserved and must be made within the cancellation grace period of 15 or more calendar days prior to arrival.
